Arlene

Arlene, Owner/Instructor

Arlene Koby is the owner & operator of Sol Full Yoga. She is a mama of three, a Yoga teacher and a devoted student of Yoga. She has been practicing for over 25 years and teaching for the past 14 years. An E-RYT, Arlene has completed two 200hr training’s (the first in 2005)and has also completed an additional 100hr advanced teacher training with Elena Brower at Virayoga in NYC in 2013.. She currently leads RYT training at Sol full Yoga. With a strong desire to learn she continues to educate herself, recently traveling to India with Raghunath, completeing advance study with Jivamukti founders Sharon Gannon and David Life, and currently she is enrolled in the Anusara bridge program through Shree yoga. Arlene is humbled and honored to share what she has learned though her vast studies. Her approach to teaching is rooted in authenticity. Her gift is her capacity to work with any level of practitioner with specific,educated, alignment cues. Her goal is for the student to feel comfortable and safe with the body they are in, whether they are rocking a handstand or a child pose. “Love is the absence of judgement” Compassion first, love always, judgement never.

Sharon

Sharon Cannava is a multi-disciplinary movement educator with a passion for embodied movement experiences both strong and subtle. She earned a B.S. in Dance Education from NYU, and teaches Classical Pilates, alignment-based Yoga, anatomy for movement professionals & Yoga Tune Up® self-massage with therapy balls. Her work is inspired by real bodies and the power of human movement potential – expect precise instruction and creative cueing delivered with warmth & humor. Gabby

Instructor
Gabby, Instructor

Gabrielle completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Ananda Ashram, focusing on the classical eight limbs of Yoga in an immersion grounded in daily meditation, Sanskrit, and study of the Yoga Sutras. Guided by the teachings of her Guru Shri Brahmananda Sarasvati and by Sri Krishnamacharya of the Mysore tradition, Gabrielle offers challenging Vinyasa flow classes based in Ashtanga, incorporating principles of alignment, sequencing, and flow with an awareness of the breath and meditation. With a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics, she brings to her teaching a holistic orientation toward health and wellness.

Kim

Kim, Instructor

Kim D’Agnese is a native New Yorker, a ballet barre specialist, a dancer, and a music enthusiast. For the last eleven years, prior to the pandemic, Kim taught ballet barre at Physique 57, in New York City, serving as both a master trainer and the music manager. Kim is also a company member with the Lori Belilove & The Isadora Duncan Dance Company in NYC. If you’re looking for an instructor who blends technical expertise with music to energize you and an upbeat personality to get you through your last pulse and squeeze- Kim’s your go to girl! Kim graduated from Montclair State University with a BFA in dance. She received her Pilates certification through LindaFit Pilates, and her Prenatal Pilates certification from the Center of Women’s Fitness. As a proud mother of three, Kim loves teaching pre and post-natal barre, Pilates, and dance cardio classes.

Lis

Lis, Instructor

Lis earned her 200-hour yoga certification with Arlene in 2018. Lis practiced yoga intermittently for many years but did not realize the importance of a regular practice until 2016. Her experience teaching many group exercise formats dates back to 1992 and has been instrumental in leading a yoga class. Having trained as an endurance athlete for much of her life, LIs has experienced injuries that she believes could have been prevented with a solid yoga practice focused on creating a strong core in addition to standing balance poses. Her approach to instruction is focused on teaching a solid foundation with an emphasis on alignment and body awareness. Lis participated in Jon Kabat Zinn’s Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course at the Krame Center at Ramapo College in the fall of 2018. Lis has been certified as a group exercise instructor by AFAA since 1992. Lis enjoys teaching beginner yoga classes.

Gina

Gina, Instructor

Gina took her first yoga class in 2001 and has been practicing ever since. She spent several years stretching and bending in studios all over NYC, but it wasn’t until she moved to the Hudson Valley and met her first true teachers that her practice was forever changed. After delving deeper into the philosophy and practice of Yoga, GIna left her corporate job behind to complete her 200 RYT at the Body Art Studio in Chester, New York.
Gina encourages her students to discover and connect with their true nature through creative Vinyasa, breath and music.
Gina is certified through the Yoga Alliance and is also certified as a children’s yoga teacher through Next Generation Yoga.

Dawn

Dawn is a devoted student of Yoga who has been practicing for 25 years. Dawn retired from the corporate world in 2019 after 30 plus years in Sales and Marketing and immediately pursued her dream of becoming a Yoga instructor. She completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Sol Full Yoga in Monroe, NY with owner and teacher Arlene Kobylinski.
Dawn offers creative Vinyasa flow classes incorporating principles of alignment, sequencing, and flow, with an awareness of breath and meditation. Dawn is adept at working with students of all levels, offering modifications that allow each practitioner to feel challenged yet find enjoyment and connection with their own personal practice.
Dawn is certified through Yoga Alliance and continues her yoga education through diverse workshop offerings.

Kate

Kate has been a student of yoga for over 25 years. Inspired to take on the role of yoga teacher, she recently completed her 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at Sol Full Yoga in Monroe, NY with owner and teacher Arlene Kobylinski. Kate is also a New York State certified French teacher currently teaching children ages 3-16. She strives to incorporate movement and mindfulness into her classroom, understanding the benefits they bring to both children and adults alike. Kate recently graduated from the Little Flower Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher Training: Helping Children and Teens Thrive with Jennifer Cohen Harper at the Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, NY.

Jenese Hernandez has been a Wellness Practitioner in the Hudson Valley for 18 years. After closing her studio doors due to the pandemic she continues to be a passionate leader in our community, running her own business online and in our area. With many certifications in different styles of yoga, mediation & fitness she combines over 30 years of trainings with such deep love for these practices.

She has lead many Yoga Teacher Trainings and specializes in Ayurveda, Trauma Informed Yoga, Restorative, Yin & Embodiment Coaching. Jenese believes movement is medicine and her role as yoga teacher/embodiment leader is to create a safe environment where she can encourage, inspire, and help each student establish the practice in their daily life regardless of age, ability, or circumstance.

Jessica Buck completed her 200 RYT through the Kaivalya Yoga Method Academy in June 2020 with Dr. Alanna Kaivalya in New York City. After 8 years of developing a personal yoga practice that helped her ground her energy and overcome an anxiety disorder, she was ready to bring what she learned about healing subtle energy through movement and pranayama to more people. She strives to bring a unique sense of balance and variety to the classroom in terms of pranayama, asana, and meditation practice, all while focusing on the full eight limbs of yoga. She teaches creative vinyasa and restorative yin yoga to encourage students to overcome self-doubt and befriend their beautiful, unique bodies. She has huge passion for yoga, movement, energy work, and functional medicine! Jessica is currently enrolled in the Master’s of Science of Yoga Therapy program at Maryland University of Integrative Health to continue her education as an integrative health professional. Her teachings are heavily inspired by ancient Vedic traditions and thought, Buddhism, and traditional Chinese medicine, including Qigong.

The Mother of two wonderful boys, Margaret believes that we are all on this journey together. She thrives on opportunities to create space where people of any age can connect and support one another, as well as themselves. Margaret found that connection through her practice and instantly fell in love with everything Yoga. Trained and mentored by Arlene Kobylinski in Vinyasa flow, she completed her 200RYT at Sol full Yoga in Monroe, NY. Margaret is also a Certified Reiki Practitioner, lover of the outdoors and new adventures, joy seeker and student for life Margaret’s geriatric background and passion for the senior population has inspired her to focus her practice in therapeutic, gentle and chair yoga.
